QUALCOSA SUI ONE DIRECTION :

I One Direction sono una boy band di origini anglo-irlandesi, si sono formati durante X Faction nel 2010, e sono arrivati terzi. Hanno pubblicato tre album Up All Night, Take me home e midnight memories. Il primo nel 2011, il secondo nel 2012 e il terzo nel 2013. Il 16 aprile 2013 la band ha annunciato di essere in prossimità di un tour negli stadi di tutto il mondo detenendo così il primato come prima band sotto i 30 anni a fare un tour degli stadi. Il 19 luglio 2013 è stato pubblicato in anticipo l'audio del singolo Best Song Ever, il cui video è stato rilasciato il 22 luglio 2013, per la promozione del film-documentario One Direction: This Is Us, distribuito nei cinema internazionali a partire dal 29 agosto.

 Niall James Horan,  nasce il 13 Settembre del 1993 a Mullingar in Irlanda. Oltre che a cantare, suana la chitarra che ha imparato da auto-didatta.

 Zayn Javaad Malik, nasce il 12 Gennaio del 1993 a Bradford. Dalla primavera del 2012 ha iniziato ad uscire ufficialmente con la cantante Perrie Edwards, del gruppo Little Mix. A fine Agosto 2013, hanno annunciato il loro matrimonio.

 Liam James Payne, nasce il 29 Agosto del 1993 a Wolverhampton. A 14 anni ha preso parte alla 5° serie di XFactor, riesce a entrare nella Top 24; Simon Cowell reputò che fosse troppo giovane, e gli consiglio di ritornare dopo 2 anni.

 Harry Edward Styles,  nasce il 1° Febbraio nel 1994 a Redditch, ma è cresciuto nella città di Holmes Chapel. All'inizio del 2014 ha scritto insieme a John Legend, il primo singolo del duo Alex & Sierra, vincitori della 3° edizione di X Factor USA.

 Loui William Tomlinson, nasce il 24 Dicembre del 1991 a Doncaster. Nel 2013 è stato tesserato dalla squadra di calcio, I Doncaster Rovers, militante nella seconda serie del campionato inglese. Il 26 febbraio 2014 ha fatto il suo debutto calcistico ufficiale nei Doncaster Rovers.
